At Otto in Kelvedon I will run a Neapolitan pizza making workshop. Learn how to craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch in a relaxed and friendly setting. Whether you're a newbie or a pizza pro, this workshop is perfect to sharpen your skills and enjoy some tasty creations.

During the workshop we will knead the dough from scratch, stretch the dough by hand in the Neapolitan style, topping the pizza with seasonal ingredients and finally we will bake it.

Participants will make 2 pizzas and a garlic bread each, which they will take home with them at the end of the course.

A Pizza for dinner for each partecipant, hot drinks refreshments and recipes will be included.
