Unwind and recharge with gentle supportive Restorative Yoga and deep relaxation —perfect for melting stress away! Relax & De-Stress - Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra at Collective Cork, Cork City Sunday 14th June 6pm - 8pm Led by Senior Yoga & Relaxation Teacher, Claire Dunniece. Relax & De-Stress is a blissful 2 hour relaxation class designed to release all the stress and tension that we accumulate through day to day life. Claire offers a space of true deep rest, as she gently guides you through a supportive session blending Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (Breath work) and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) practices. A little mindful movement is usually included to help release tension, soothe the nervous system and prepare the body to rest. This class will boost your immune system, soothing your adrenals and supporting your body and mind to find a state of ease. You will leave feeling rested and renewed. Location: Collective Cork, 2nd Floor, Triskel Arts Centre, 16 Tobin Street. Cost: €30 Please: Arrive 5 mins early, dress warm and comfortably.
