Traditional and electronic sounds combine for this peaceful sound bath in the beautiful setting of Cork Lotus Yoga Studio.

As well as crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, I’ll use subtle electronic loops, piano and effects, creating an ambient flow aimed at promoting deep relaxation.

A sound bath is a unique opportunity to be at rest and fully immerse yourself in a live sound and music performance, and I hope this Sunday evening session will be perfect for unwinding after a busy weekend or easing into the week ahead.

Mats are provided to lie or sit on and blankets are also available.

There are two flights of steps to access the studio.

Music can be powerful and therapeutic, promoting relaxation and changes in brain state. I am facilitating this experience as a qualified musician - I do not have medical / therapy qualifications.
