About This Event

The Lamrim Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Derry hosts a meditation class titled The Path to Peace. A Buddhist Approach. Led by Ian McGlade, the event consists of guided relaxation meditation, a talk and transformational meditation.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Seating is provided in chairs or cushions. No previous expereince or special clothing is necessary.
