Join us for drinks, games and a little carefully controlled chaos before collecting Sarah J. Maas’s new ACOTAR novel at midnight.

The wait is almost over…

A Court of Splintered Harmony, the sixth book in Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series, is published on Tuesday, 27th October 2026. Naturally, we see no reason to wait until daylight.

Chapters Bookstore will reopen at 10pm on Monday, 26th October for a very special midnight launch. We’ll have drinks, games, prizes and two gloriously excitable hours in the company of other ACOTAR readers. Then, when the clock strikes midnight, you can collect your copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony and begin reading immediately!

Expect:

· ACOTAR trivia

· Court-themed games and challenges

· Prizes for those whose knowledge of Prythian is frankly a little alarming

· Drinks and refreshments

· A midnight countdown

· Your copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony, ready to collect from midnight

Costume, court colours and suitably dramatic clothing are warmly encouraged, but entirely optional.

Whether you have theories, suspicions, elaborate annotated rereading notes or absolutely no idea what Sarah J. Maas is about to do to us, you are very welcome.
