Cacao ceremony, gentle energy activation & sound healing for deep relaxation and inner balance. 15 Years Experience.

✨ Energy Activation & Sound Healing Experience

with Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony

📍 Heart Wings, Lucan

📅 15th October Thursday

🕰 7:30pm – 10pm

Facilitated by an experienced activator/ healer with 15 years of deep understanding in energy work, holding a safe and supportive space for your journey 🤍

During the session, the facilitator not only guides the Kundalini energy activation, but also intuitively sees and feels parts of your personal journey as the energy unfolds within you ✨

A powerful experience of release, connection, healing, and inner awakening 🌸

Join us for a deeply nourishing in-person evening designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance in a safe and supportive space.

We will begin with a gentle heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing you to ground, set intentions, and connect with the group energy.

From there, you will be guided into an Energy Activation combined with Sound Healing. This experience works with your natural life-force energy, allowing stored stress and emotional tension to release organically. The sound healing frequencies support the nervous system and help integrate the experience on a deeper level.

This is not breathwork or forced movement. You simply lie down comfortably and allow your body to respond naturally.

Each person’s experience is unique and unfolds in a safe, supported way. You may experience:

Deep relaxation and nervous system calming

Gentle or powerful energy movement through the body

Emotional release or energetic clearing

Feelings of peace, clarity, or expanded awareness

A deeper connection to your inner self and intuition

✨ No previous experience is needed

✨ Suitable for beginners

✨ Guided in a safe and nurturing environment

Our intention for this evening is simple — to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Sound healing vibrations help the body settle, integrate, and align throughout the session.
