Let us connect deeper into the body, the roots and the creative centre of our being.
Through an immersive exploration of asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and yantra, we move from earth to water, from stability to flow, creating space to experience these centres beyond the intellectual — through the body, breath and senses.
