Employment law is changing. AI is reshaping employee relations. Are we ready for what’s next?
We’re kicking off the new CIPD Mid Scotland branch year with our first employment law event, and we’re heading to Dundee.
This in person session is being hosted by Blackadders LLP at their fabulous offices in the heart of Dundee.
We will be joined by Simon & Jack who help us explore two important topics shaping the people profession.
Employment Law: What’s changed and what’s coming?
From recent legislative developments, including October’s updates, to the reforms planned or proposed for 2027, we’ll explore what employers and People professionals need to know, prepare for and act on.
Grievances and the Rise of AI
AI is changing how employees raise grievances and how employers respond. But are we really prepared for the opportunities, risks and challenges this creates?
You can expect practical insights, thoughtful discussion and a great opportunity to connect with fellow Mid Scotland CIPD members navigating similar challenges.
