Eric Knows is proud to launch Eric Listens, a welcoming and inclusive support group for adults aged 18+ in Bishop Auckland.

Life can be challenging, and sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is talk and be heard. Eric Listens provides a safe, non-judgemental space where adults can come together, share experiences, discuss mental health, build connections, and support one another.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, burnout, life changes, or simply looking for a supportive community, you are welcome here.

Who Can Attend?

This group is open to all adults aged 18 and over. No referral is needed.
