Reclaiming Your IdentityA two hour transformational workshop for women ready to rebuild life after coercive control and emotional abuse
I'm Kelly, an empowerment coach specialising in identity recovery after coercive control, manipulation and emotional abuse.
I created Reclaiming Your Identity for women who may have left a controlling or emotionally abusive relationship but still don't feel truly free.
Maybe the relationship has ended, but you still feel:
Confused about what happened
Stuck or unable to move forward
Disconnected from who you used to be
Unable to trust your own decisions
Guilty or responsible for things that were never yours to carry
Exhausted from overthinking and questioning yourself
Unsure of who you are now or what comes next
You may have left.
You may be surviving.
You may even look absolutely fine to everyone around you.
But inside, you know you want more than this.
You want to feel safe.
You want peace.
You want to trust yourself again.
You want to feel worthy.
You want to experience joy without waiting for something to go wrong.
And ultimately...
you want your life to feel like your own again.
What will you take away?
During this intimate two-hour workshop, I'll guide you through teaching, reflection and powerful practical exercises designed to help you begin understanding what you've experienced and reconnecting with yourself.
You will begin to:
Understand what happened - so that you can stop questioning and blaming yourself.
Recognise what you've been carrying - so that you can begin putting down guilt, responsibility and beliefs that were never yours.
Reconnect with your own identity - so that you can begin hearing and trusting your own voice again.
Understand the path forward - so that moving on no longer feels like something you simply have to figure out alone.
Imagine how you want your life to feel - so that you can begin looking towards your future rather than continuing to live through your past.
My aim is for you to leave with greater clarity, more peace, renewed self-worth and, most importantly, hope.
Hope that there is a way forward.
Hope that you can trust yourself again.
Hope that you can rebuild.
And hope that you can reclaim your identity and truly live.
A small and supportive space
This is intentionally a small, intimate workshop.
You will never be expected to share your personal experiences unless you choose to. You can come, listen, reflect and take what you need.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You simply need to be ready to take the next step.
