Welcome to my monthly Soundbath Meditation sessions, bringing us together at Middridge Village Hall.

7pm ~ 8.30pm

*Arrive at 6.50pm Soundbath starts 7pm

*Life happens! So if you're going to be late, it would be better to transfer to another Soundbath so we don't disrupt others after the session has started at 7pm. Thankyou ♥️ 🙏

If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...

My intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta).

In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment.

The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

(Thereaputic instruments include Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Koshi Chimes, Buffulo and Framed Drums, Rattles & Rainstick and Rav Vast Handpan.)

N.B. Please bring your own mat/blanket, there are some available. Water bottle if needed. Herbal tea will be provided.
