Join Josephine, an accredited qigong instructor and sound healer, founder of Golden Light Collective, for a relaxing evening every Thursday evening at 7pm - 8pm.

Start with a gentle qigong flow to bring balance to your mind, body, and breath. Then, rest and restore with a soothing sound bath featuring Himalayan bowls and chimes.

Come along to unwind and recharge in a calm, welcoming space. Bring along a blanket, cushion and any cosy clothing to support you to feel comfortable during the sound bath. No prior experience or equipment is required for this session, although it is advised to wear something you feel comfortable to move in and socks rather than barefeet is recommended but not essential.

This session is all about gentle movement and relaxation. You'll practice Qigong either standing or seated, so it's easy to join in no matter your mobility. During the sound bath part, feel free to lie down and just relax completely.

It's designed to be accessible for everyone, with sounds and movements that welcome all levels

There is plenty of free street parking available outside of the studio and on near by residential roads.
