Late-evening Hatha Yoga every week for one full practice hour. No mats, no prior experience in yoga, just drop-in. We have it all for you!

Join us for a calming late-evening Hatha Yoga class in Leith every week for one full hour. As participants you will be guided through the practice of various ancient Hatha Yoga poses. No previous experience is necessary.

Each weekly evening covers a set of thematic Asanas or Hatha Yoga poses. We begin every time with a 10-minute specific Yogic set of warm-up exercises. Please make sure you can arrive in time for that.

Among the various themes, we may also explore present moment anchoring, stress relief, living an encompassing heartful perspective, and cultivating inner balance. Our group is offered in a safe, inclusive and supportive space.
