Conscious Yoga and KOA Edinburgh are joining forces to offer a unique Aerial Sound Bath experience at The Crags Centre on Saturday, 26th September. This restorative session, running from 2:30pm to 4pm, invites attendees to surrender to the deeply relaxing sensation of floating in aerial hammocks. The immersive sound bath is designed to gently guide participants into a state of profound calm, facilitating a powerful reconnection with their physical selves. Through the therapeutic vibrations of sound, the event aims to melt away tension and encourage a sense of inner peace and well-being. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience the benefits of sound therapy in a truly unique and supportive environment. Tickets for this special event are priced at £28.88.
