During this sound bath, you will be surrounded by the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, a gong and drums played in slow, repetitive patterns that encourage deep relaxation and rest. A few contraindications

This session is not suitable for individuals with any of the following:

• Pregnancy

• Epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Severe sound sensitivity or tinnitus

• Serious heart conditions or the presence of a pacemaker

• Severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis or conditions that may be significantly affected by strong sensory experiences)

• Recent surgery or any medical condition that may affect comfort while lying down or remaining still for an extended period
