Autumn Equinox Sound Bath Meditation Come and reconnect with your inner self and tap into living in balance with your body and the Earth's natural cycles. Autumn Equinox signifies a momentary pause a balance between the seasons the hours of daylight and the dark hours of night time. It offers a chance to reflect on the active and outward part of the year look back on what we have achieved and prepare for the inward journey coming with the dark winter nights. It is time for balancing and reconcilling the opposites and to see them as a part of the whole. Here at the Autumn Equinox we celebrate our whole selves our masculine and feminine aspects our concious and unconsious the active and the receptive our light and dark sides our fortunes and misfortunes our young self and our old self and all aspect of cycle of life. We celebrate all the good and the bad and honour the changing season that brings a chance to start again. This is the begining of root energy and brings rest sleep and renewal. It is a chance for all life to go within and re enter the dark womb of the spiritual world. It is time for long term planing and incubation. The seed ideas we plant now will re emerge in the spring changed trasformed and strenghtened by their time in the unconcious. As a part of the Autumn equinox celebration I will start the Sound Bath Meditation by telling you a little story connected with this time of the year before sending you on your own individual journeys.
