About This Event

The Aerial Reiki Sound Bath at The Crags Centre in Edinburgh on 31st October will bring a low hammock experience of reiki and sound healing, live sound, and guided meditation for a restorative experience.

Relax in a low hammock to experience reiki and sound healing, live sound and guided meditation for an immersive, restorative experience.

A deeply immersive sound bath experienced from the comfort of a low aerial hammock, combining soothing live sound, Reiki healing and guided meditation. Supported in the hammock from the start, you'll be invited to completely let go as the vibrations of live instruments wash through the space, encouraging profound rest and relaxation. There is no physical practice in this session.

Suitable for most bodies. Ideal if you're new to sound baths, feeling low on energy, or simply craving deep rest. (Not suitable during pregnancy.)
