This Samhain Sound Bath Meditation invites participants to reconnect with their inner self and align with the Earth's natural cycles. The session explores themes of rest, regeneration, and communication with ancestors during the darkest time of the year. It is scheduled for 1 November 2026 at The Open Door Community Centre in Edinburgh with a ticket price of £16 per person.
Come and reconnect with your inner self and tap into living in balance with your body and the Earth's natural cycles. Samhain is a cross quarter festival (31st Oct-1st Nov) and sees the end of the Autumn and the onset of the winter. Increasing darkness and cold means we must accept the winter is fast aproaching and we must adujsut to this changing season. It mark's the beginning of the period of rest regeneration and the darkest time of the year cycle. It is the end and the beginning of the Sun's wheel of the year affirming rebirth in the midst of death and darkness. The veil between the seen world of matter and the unseen world od spirits becomes thin a perceived crack in the fabric of space and time. It is time for communication with ancestors a time for omens divination and seeking to understand the inner mysteries. It is time to drift dream and vision a time for inner journeys connecting to the wisdom within yourself. This dark phase of the year's cycle is when the mystery of transformation occurs. This process involves descent and death of someting old in preparation for something new to be reborn. As a part of the Samhain celebration I will start the Sound Bath Meditation by telling you a little story connected with this time of the year before sending you on your own individual journeys. After the Sound Bath we will conclude the evening with sharing and/or writing down your personal reflections. Come and celebrate the death and rebirth of the great cycle of the year with me. As the power of the outer realm wane the power of the inner realms will expand and we are made whole. Using a combination of shamanic drumming the sound of quartz crystal bowls tibetan singing bowls steel tongue drum rainstick tunning forks and Koshi chimes you'll experience deep and healing relaxation drifting into an altered state of consciousness. This will help you to release feelings of anxiety fear and worry and allow you to benefit from improved sleep increased feelings of happiness energy and a boost for your immune system. Not suitable for pregnant women people living with pacemaker or people suffering with epileptic seizures or acute ear pain. 1 hr 30 min session - £16 per person To book your space book via All Events or follow the link below: https://paypal.me/MarcelaTrsova For more info or any other queries please email: info@marcelatrsova.com Refund Policy Refunds only issued if cancelled at least 3 day prior the event.
