Come join us for a relaxing session of group meditation and healing sound bath with Reiki energy to soothe your mind, body, and soul!

Sink into a deeply restorative Meditation and Sound Bath designed to calm your nervous system and guide you back to stillness.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to soften and release tension, followed by hands on Reiki healing. The group is intentionally small, so each person receives individual healing. Crystal singing bowls then guide you into a meditative state, with Reiki woven throughout. Expect to leave feeling deeply rested, reconnected and at ease.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Bring anything you need for your comfort, such as a pillow or an eye mask.
