Ready to try some fun, accessible aerial movement? This flowing workshop is perfect for anyone with a basic fitness level and up, or vinyasa/hatha yoga experience.
We’ll build strength and confidence through:
Dynamic sequences that get your heart pumping
Core and upper body work to challenge and empower you
Beginner-friendly circus-style wraps and poses to play with
Creative transitions to help you move smoothly
Expect to sweat, laugh, maybe shake a little, and surprise yourself with what you can do!
