We invite you to join us at The People's Sauna for a day of immersive sauna sessions.

Social Sauna (12:30–1:30 pm) – A relaxed session for chatting and enjoying the company of others.

Sound Bath Sauna (2:00–3:00 pm) – Begins with a 15-minute live sound journey.

Plant Infusion Sauna (3:30–4:30 pm) – Opens by meeting the plant that will be infused into the water poured over the stones, and learning a little about it.

Ambient Sounds Sauna (5:00–6:00 pm) – Gentle ambient sounds play while you sauna. Ideal if you’d like a quieter, more reflective session.

What to bring:

– Swimwear

– 2 towels (one for drying off and one to sit on in the sauna)

– Water bottle & drinking water.

– Flip-flops or easy-to-slip-on shoes

This is a sauna event. Use of the loch is optional and undertaken at your own risk.

Kinghorn Loch

If using GPS, enter “Paddleboard Fife” - this will take you to the lochside car parks.

There is parking by the loch, with two overflow car parks (see maps below).

Public transport:

Nearest train: Kinghorn train station

Nearest bus: Croft-an-Righ stop (Stagecoach 7A)

Please allow around 20 minutes’ walk from both the train station and bus stop to the loch.
