Event dates and times 3rd Friday of every second month. 6-8 pm About the event This guided breathwork session is designed to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and improve mental clarity in a safe and structured environment. We begin with a short introduction, where you’ll learn how the breathing technique works, what it does in the body, and how to practise it effectively. You’ll then be guided into an active breathing phase (approximately 35–40 minutes), followed by a slower, restorative breathing period (around 15 minutes) to support integration and recovery. After the breathing practice, there is time to rest, reflect, and take notes if you wish, as well as space for questions. Throughout the session, light elements such as music, simple bodywork, or instruments may be used to support relaxation and help you stay connected to the process. This session is suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience.
