A former navigating officer in the Merchant Navy, Nick and his talented team will take over Fingal's galleys alongside Chef Pedro Barreira and Chef Andrea Sendon Alonso for an evening of exceptional food, storytelling and warm hospitality. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of fizz, or alcohol-free alternative, before enjoying Chef's snacks and a specially curated four-course menu featuring some of Nick's favourite dishes.
