Come in to a quiet space, lie on the floor, and be guided through sensing, breathing, and moving from within with small movement explorations designed to bring you to balanced, regulated, and quietly energetic state.
This class is designed to give you space to escape the buzz of the festival and the over stimulation outside and reconnect mind and body in this gentle practice.
Come upstairs to the room above the roofs, to the quiet space in Leith.
*please note: Alae is on 3rd floor, access via stairs (no lift)
