Technicians' exhibition of artwork

We are delighted to invite you to the Technicians Exhibition 2026 at Edinburgh College of Art, a celebration of the creativity and versatility that technicians bring to the university community.

Technicians are pivotal in facilitating progress, sharing skills and expertise, and collaborating across ECA as well as the wider university. We encourage innovative approaches to individual learning, enable a deeper understanding of materials and techniques, and engage across diverse areas to ensure that we stay attuned to the evolving needs of courses and their developmental trajectories.Throughout the year, technicians play a crucial role in supporting students and colleagues in all aspects of making, learning, problem-solving, creating and exhibiting.
