This group meeting is open to anyone, whether they have a diagnosis of a mental health problem or not. It provides a safe space for people to discuss unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, hearing voices, or seeing visions. The focus is on different ways of seeing and understanding experiences, offering encouragement, reassurance, support, and a listening ear rather than therapy.

The event takes place at Endeavour House in Torquay on 6 May 2027 at 15:00. There is no entry charge. As the group is confidential, participants can expect a supportive and welcoming environment.
