The event is an open group session welcoming anyone, regardless of whether they have a mental health diagnosis. It provides a confidential space for people who experience unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, hear voices, or see visions. The gathering is designed to be a place of encouragement, reassurance, and support rather than a therapy session.

Attendees can expect a supportive environment focused on listening and sharing experiences. The group explicitly values different ways of seeing and understanding personal experiences.

The session takes place at Endeavour House in Torquay. Admission to the group is free. There are no stated age restrictions or specific entry rules beyond being welcome to attend. No details are provided regarding food, drink, or accessibility facilities.
