We live in a busy, fast-paced world. It is incredibly easy to feel disconnected from our centre, drained or stuck in our heads. That is why we are hosting this premium, 30-minute immersive sound journey completely free of charge.

This is a sacred space dedicated entirely to your well-being. It is a deeply restorative, expertly crafted acoustic experience designed to help you reconnect with your imagination. Get out of your head and into your heart.

Step into our sound sanctuary and allow yourself to be guided inward through the ancient and beautiful language of sound.

Curated specifically for two people, this is a unique opportunity to experience the restorative power of sound alongside a partner, best friend or kindred spirit - to share something wonderful together.

We build this experience together using quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a wind gong and a frame drum. Together, these instruments create rich layers of vibration, soothing echoes and relaxing rhythms you can feel throughout your body.

Instead of the passive listening of a large group-format sound bath, we actively co-create this exclusive experience together.

You might both come with a particular intention - something you would like to release, understand or move through. Or perhaps you simply feel called to pause, listen and become self-aware. Or maybe you just want to notice how happy and calm you feel inside, and later on get a goods nights sleep.

Our sound sanctuary is a small professional space within our home - not a remote retreat or purpose-built wellness centre but a grounded space created within everyday life. Outside, the world continues: traffic, neighbours, seagulls and the ordinary sounds of the street. Inside, we create the opportunity to pause, turn inward and listen differently.
