Join us in the beautiful Maxwell Hall at Pollokshields Burgh Hall for a 90-minute immersive live soundbath using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells.

This is a gentle evening of rest in one of Glasgow's most striking halls.

A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness.

This event is open to all. No experience necessary.

Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest.

What to bring

Please bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are available

Warm layers or socks are recommended

A water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth having

There is plenty of free on-street parking near the hall

Access and anything else

There is a ramp that can be put in place if you need step-free access — just get in touch and I will have it ready for you when you arrive

Chairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floor

You are very welcome to come along if you are pregnant

There is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with children

Doors close at 7:35pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time.

Sliding scale tickets are available at £20 / £25 / £30. All tickets offer the same experience, please choose the price that feels right for you.
