We will start with a beautiful sound bath with Carole, the heart behind Soothe Your Soul ✨ She is passionate about creating a safe, calming space where you can slow down, release the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Reiki and gentle light-touch experiences, we invite you to pause, breathe and simply be.

Then, we will have a powerful mindset talk with Alicja. Alicja is a shadow work guide who helps clients examine the hidden patterns and beliefs shaping their lives. She works with individuals to clarify what’s driving their responses, understand the origins of those patterns, and make deliberate choices that align with who they want to be. Her work is calm, clear, and centred on agency.

We will also hear an inspiring wellness journey story, and throughout the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to sample Arbonne nutrition products and learn more about simple ways to support wellness, energy, and healthy living through nutrition.
