Feminist Book Club in Glasgow.

We are an informal book club with a focus on feminist authors and books. Future reads are set by the group. You should be able to get a copy via Glasgow Libraries

All sessions are held along the reading tables behind the information desk on the ground floor of The Mitchell Library (beside the cafe). Sometimes one tbale is used but if it is busy all 4 tables will be used, and there may be 4 groups talking. If you would like a quieter table we have booths that hold approx 4 people and muffle outside noise a little better.

BOOK CHATS: Women in Dark Times by Jaqueline Rose. Tuesday 8th September 6.30pm to 7.45pm. Sometimes a little trip to the pub after for anyone wishing to join.

Creative Collage evenings. Tuesday 28th July, Tuesday 11th August, Tuesday 29th September, Tuesday 13th October. All 6pm to 7.45pm. We'll be recycling newspapers, magazines etc to create some art and poetry . All materials provided but please feel free to bring any clippings etc with you. No craft knives are used during these sessions, scissors are provided.
