In partnership with Lincoln IP, we are offering a confidential environment for you to discuss intellectual property aspects of your business during a free in-person 30min 1:1 session.
Topics include:
Introducing you to IP - including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, and know-how
Understanding what’s already been done by competitors through patent and trade mark searching
IP audits – how to maximise the value of your current IP
What freedom to operate and infringement opinions are, and when they’re required
Providing initial advice regarding the preparation and filing of a patent, trade mark or design application
How to deal with trade mark opposition and cancellation procedures
Register your interest by selecting a date above. To facilitate the provision of tailored business advice and support, we share necessary personal information (such as your name, phone number and email address) with the relevant Experts in Residence. This enables them to contact you directly with meeting links for online sessions (e.g. MS Teams) or to clarify and tailor the specific needs of your consultation, whether conducted online or face-to-face.
