Join Sally Curson, founder of award-winning Face Matters Skincare and a facialist with over 35 years’ experience, for a hands-on workshop devoted to caring for your face naturally.

Sally takes the nonsense out of beauty and skincare, cutting through confusing product claims and complicated routines. She’ll guide you through facial massage, gua sha and face yoga to ease tension, encourage lymphatic drainage and leave your face looking refreshed, more sculpted and lifted.

You’ll also explore how breathing and tongue posture can affect tension in the jaw and the way you hold your face. Gentle breathwork and a little energy work bring a moment of calm, with techniques that may help settle your nervous system through the vagus nerve.

You’ll practise each step together and leave with a simple routine you can enjoy at home. Come as you are, slow down and give your face and soul some care.
