Carmen came across CCB in early 2024 when I attended a breathe of 200 women in a most beautiful venue.
The technique is based on circular conciously connected breathing so no pauses or gaps between the inhale and exhale. There's a bit more to it, and Breathwork is powerful. I truly believe it is worthy of a great deal of respect, care and wisdom in the facilitation of such sessions.
