About This Event

The Grammar School at Leeds is delighted to invite prospective families to a complimentary stay and play taster morning on Friday 25 September 2026. This special event is designed for children aged between two and four years old, accompanied by their parents or guardians. It presents a wonderful opportunity for little ones to immerse themselves in a stimulating and nurturing environment, engaging in a variety of age-appropriate activities. For parents and guardians, this is an ideal chance to gain first-hand experience of the school's welcoming atmosphere and observe how their children interact within the educational setting. It offers a relaxed and informal way to explore the facilities and get a feel for the school's ethos. The session will commence promptly at 9:30am, providing ample time for exploration and enjoyment. Families are encouraged to register their interest to secure a place at this popular event.

Join us for a morning of fun on Friday 25 September at our stay and play taster morning for children aged 2 to 4 and their parents.

The morning will be a great opportunity for families interested in applying to join GSAL Nursery or Reception to experience a flavour of what we have to offer and to meet some of our wonderful teachers.

During the morning you and your child will take part in some fun activities in our nursery classroom, play in our outdoor playground, take part in story or music time and enjoy a delicious snack. There will also be plenty of time for parents to chat to our teachers and teaching assistants.

Please come prepared for outside play whatever the weather, and wellies if it's wet!

Places on our stay and play sessions are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. You can view all our events on our website at gsal.org.uk/visit.
