If you know my Sound & Gong Immersions, you know the drill…

But this one is a little different.

We’ll start with some simple Breathwork to help you slow down and settle in (and convince your brain to close at least 12 of its 37 open tabs 😂).

Then, while you’re lying cosy with your eyes closed, I’ll take you through a beautiful old story for zen

Some might make you think.

Some might make you smile.

Some might make you see life a little differently. 🤍

And then…

✨ THE MAIN EVENT. ✨

A full hour of immersive Sound & Gong with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, percussion and those deep, resonant gongs.

Basically, it’s my usual Sound & Gong Immersion…

just extended, with a cool storytelling twist. 😎

No pressure to meditate.

No chanting.

No awkward wellness vibes.

Just lie down. Get cosy. Breathe. Listen. Exist.

And YES — you are fully allowed to fall asleep. 😂

BRING:

• Comfy clothes — full PJs encouraged 😂

• Snuggly socks

• Water

• Eye mask (or a scarf… or a sock 🧦 I don’t judge)

No experience needed. No spiritual CV required. Drooling aloud 😴🤤 No judgement here.... maybe a little

Just show up and give yourself permission to be completely unavailable to the outside world for a little while. 🤍

IMPORTANT: Sound baths and Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Please check with a healthcare professional before attending if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy; have epilepsy/seizures, a pacemaker, cochlear implant or certain heart conditions; experience severe anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, psychosis or schizophrenia; or have sound-sensitive conditions including tinnitus, labyrinthitis or Ménière’s disease.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Doors will close and be locked once the session begins, so unfortunately late entry isn’t possible.
