For the first time in our history, we are bringing Peer Works live to the Western Isles.

You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, engage with speakers, and share your own experiences of what works within your organisation.

On the day, you'll hear from business leaders who are driving innovation in their organisations through AI adoption, purpose-led business practices, and community impact.

Speakers

North Uist Distillery – Jonny Ingledew, Co-Founder and Distiller

Jonny will share insights into building a purpose-driven business and how innovation has shaped the growth and success of the distillery.

Harris Tweed Hebrides – Margaret Ann Macleod, CEO

Margaret Ann will discuss the role of innovation in strengthening community impact and supporting sustainable business growth.

AS Apothecary - Amanda Saurin, Founder

Amanda is the founder and creative force behind A.S Apothecary, a crofting enterprise based in the Isle of Harris. She will share their business story and their approach to continuous improvement.

Bakkafrost Scotland – Calum Scott, Feed Technician Manager

Calum will explore how Bakkafrost is using AI and innovative technologies to improve efficiency, sustainability, and fish welfare across its operations, while creating positive impacts for both the business and local communities.

This event is in partnership with Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Business Gateway, and Comhairle nan Eilean Siar.
