You don’t need an hour to feel refreshed. Our 30-minute sound baths are designed to give you a peaceful pause from your busy day — before work, during your lunch break ,after work,between meetings,during exam time,after a shopping trip,or whenever you feel like you need to press the rest button.Lie back, get comfortable and allow the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other calming instruments to help you relax, release tension and switch off from the outside world.

Think of it as a power nap for your mind and body — without actually going to sleep! The shorter session is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, clear-headed and re-energised, rather than the deeper, sleepier feeling that can sometimes follow a longer sound bath — while still giving you many of the wonderful benefits of sound and relaxation.

Designed with busy people in mind — whether you’re short on time, fitting some much-needed “me time” into a busy day, or simply wanting to try a sound bath without committing to an hour. Just 30 minutes to pause, breathe, reset and give yourself a little boost before getting back to your day. ✨

Heart conditions(including pacemakers)

Metal plates/implants

Severe mental health conditions

Sound sensitivity

Tinnitus
