Plenty of mat-based movement: supine, seated, hands-and-knees

A contemporary non-dogmatic approach to yoga blending mixed-movement styles
Who Is this class suitable for?
Beginners or those returning to yoga after a break
More experienced students looking for a gentler class
Adults over 18 and older adults
Anybody with low energy, fatigue, exhaustion, burnout, anxiety/stress
People managing chronic health conditions e.g. ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Lyme's disease, Long Covid, auto-immune conditions.
Women experiencing perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms
Those recovering from injury or illness (please get permission from your G.P that it's safe for you to join a yoga class)
Parents and carers who need some headspace
Those who are providing care to family or friends and would like some time out
Neurodivergent adults looking for a safe, supportive and welcoming class
Who is the class not suitable for?
Students unable to get down to the floor or work on hands and knees (please ask me about my in-person chair yoga class)
Students who are pregnant (I can recommend a pregnancy yoga teacher)
Anybody who is feeling unwell, very weak and frail, has had recent sugery, or a recent fall - please get permission from your G.P first
