About This Event

HEARD. Walk & Talk - East Midlands will occur on 3 October 2026 at Bradgate Park in Leicester. This event invites late-diagnosed ADHD women to engage in gentle walks and meaningful conversations. Ticket pricing is available on the website.

HEARD. Walk & Talk at Bradgate Park. Gentle walks, real conversations & connection for late-diagnosed ADHD women.

Join us for a gentle HEARD. Walk & Talk at beautiful Bradgate Park. Whether you’re coming on your own or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a community of women who truly get it.

We’ll meet at theNewtown Linford carpark, before heading off for a relaxed walk together. There’s no pressure, no expectations—just fresh air, real conversations and genuine connection with women who understand life with ADHD.

This is a safe, supportive space to slow down, chat, laugh, share (or simply listen), and remind yourself that you don’t have to do this alone.
