Join Occupational Therapists for an interactive workshop exploring Occupational Therapy and Occupational Balance as part of Limerick Mental Health Week 2026.

This session will look at how we balance the different activities in our everyday lives, including work, rest and play, and how finding a healthy balance can support our overall wellbeing.

During the workshop, participants will be invited to reflect on how they spend their time each day using practical handouts and activities. You’ll look at the activities you completed the previous day and have the opportunity to plan for the following day with occupational balance in mind.

Format: In person

Spaces: Limited to 10 participants
