Falling on the 11th of November (11.11) align and manifest! Yoga flow & Sound Bath Meditation by candlelight, in stunning gothic church.

✨ THE 11:11 PORTAL 🕯 ALIGN, RELEASE & SET NEW INTENTIONS

Join me for a special Wednesday evening on 11th November, for beginners yoga and a longer sound bath meditation (30 mins), as we embrace the energy and symbolism of 11/11.

Often associated with new beginnings, intuition and manifestation, 11/11 is a beautiful opportunity to reflect on what you'd like to invite into your life.

We'll begin with a gentle, restorative yoga practice and breathwork, before settling into a deeply relaxing longer sound bath meditation.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, water, a warm cosy blanket and pillow, and if you have any eye mask you are welcome to bring that too.

Please aim to arrive at least 5 mins early to settle in to the space.

The entrance in on York Avenue - the right side of the church. Please be mindful of parking in front of neighbours driveways as we have had complaints in the past. There are usually spaces on Arundel Ave.

*Please note that refunds and transfers are unavailable for this class.
