Join us for an indulgent Gong bath aimed to reset your energies and give you space to rest and relax.
We will do a very small amount of movement to begin with, just to make sure that we can get the full benefits of vibration of the Gong. This movent is optional and suitable to any level.
We will provide a few yoga mats, however if you have one please bring yours and a blanket, cushion or pillow for your comfort!
This event is DONATION BASED!
Gong baths are not advised for someone who might be pregnant, has epilepsy, a pacemaker or tinnitus. If you have any of the above please contact us before booking.
