This practice is available to all & designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and invite deep relaxation- perfect for resetting and restoring your energy as we move into Autumn.
No experience necessary, come as you are.
Bring your mat, water bottle and anything to make yourself comfortable & cosy with
(blankets, scarves or eye masks are optional - but a bonus)
