Little Light Circles - Magical sessions for under 5's and their grown ups to connect, explore, create and shine together!

✨🌈 LITTLE LIGHT CIRCLES – A MAGICAL SPACE FOR LITTLE SOULS! 🌈✨

Calling all parents, grandparents and grown-ups with little ones under 5! 💜

I am absolutely delighted to be bringing Little Light Circles to Spirit of the Earth Liverpool CIC! 🌿

This beautiful concept has already been successfully delivered in numerous nurseries across Liverpool and Warrington, and I’m so excited to now open these magical sessions up to families within our community! 🥰

Little Light Circles has been lovingly created to support our youngest little souls and their grown-ups to connect, explore, grow and shine together through a beautiful collection of gentle, heart-centred practices. ✨

🌈 Mindfulness & relaxation

🎶 Music, movement & expression

🧚‍♀️ Magical storytelling & imagination

🎨 Creativity & sensory exploration

🌿 Nature connection

💜 Confidence, kindness & emotional wellbeing

These sessions are all about creating precious moments of connection, encouraging little ones to express themselves freely, explore their emotions, build confidence and discover the magic within themselves.

A space where little ones can simply be little, where grown-ups can slow down and connect, and where we can share laughter, love, creativity and a little sprinkle of magic along the way. ✨
