Our Reset Retreat Day is an invitation to slow down, take a breath and reconnect with yourself as you prepare to welcome the New Year.

A gorgeous opportunity to reflect on the year gone by, gently release what no longer serves you, and create space for the things you wish to invite into your life.

Through guided meditation, mindful reflection and the creative process of vision boarding, you’ll have time to explore your hopes, dreams and intentions for the year ahead.

What would you like more of in your life?

What brings you joy, peace and fulfilment?

What dreams are you ready to nurture, and what small steps could help you move towards the life you truly want to create?

The day will also include refreshments, lunch and a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to rest, unwind and simply be, surrounded by soothing sounds and the peaceful atmosphere of the cottage.

With time to pause, reflect and reconnect, this is your opportunity to put yourself first, nourish your mind, body and soul, and approach the New Year with renewed clarity, purpose and possibility.
