Rest & Release — An Autumn Breathwork, Sound & Cacao Ceremony

As the nights draw in and the year starts to slow down, this is your invitation to slow down with it.

This isn't a session about finding yourself, or digging up what's buried. It's the opposite — it's permission to feel safe in your own body, to do nothing for once, and to just be, at exactly the time of year that's built for it.

Settle into a hammock (or stretch out on the floor if you'd rather), sip on ceremonial cacao, and let a guided breathwork and sound journey do the rest. Afterwards, there's space to sit quietly and journal — bring a notebook if you'd like to capture anything that comes up.

What's included:

A guided breathwork session, calming and meditative rather than intense — this is about grounding, not catharsis

A live sound bath

Ceremonial cacao (included in your ticket)

Time and space to reflect and journal afterwards

What to bring: Comfy clothing, a notebook and pen if you'd like to journal, and an open mind. Blankets and hammocks provided.

Please note: Cacao and breathwork aren't suitable for everyone — if you're pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or are on certain medications, please get in touch before booking so we can make sure this is right for you.
