Still love a proper dance? So do we! Movers n Soul Shakers a night of DJ's, live vocals, percussionists, guided somatic movement and a blissful hypnotic sound bath experience. Our launch party was £30 per person, and now thanks to our community partners we can offer part funded prices making our second event accessible for all! This is exactly why we're now a community interest company! An evening to get out of the house, meet good people and hear music that makes you want to move. Whats happening? Jake gets things going with meditation, breathwork and a guided movement and shaking to help you loosen up. There's no choreography to remember and nobody checking your footwork. Then joining us from Ibiza, DJ Nell Shakespeare takes to the decks, bringing her extensive musical talent to the dance floor, with live vocal moments throughout. Expect plenty of time to dance, have a laugh and get properly lost in the music. We're made up to be welcoming back legendary DJ Andy Carroll, one of the original founders of Cream and a huge part of Liverpool's clubbing history. From the State and Quadrant Park to Amnesia, Manumission, Space and Pike; Andy has spent decades giving people night out they still talk about. His music collection is truly eclectic, we're excited to get everyone up and dancing together. As the evening slows down, Genie & Oranga guide you through hypnosis and sound, giving you time to settle and enjoy being still after all that movement. Theme: Remember Your Spark 🔥 Wednesday 4 November - the night before Bonfire Night. A soulful, sober movement journey about reigniting the parts of ourselves that life has dimmed. We begin in stillness, find the first ember through breath, build the heat through dance, and finish glowing together. The journey: The Ember - grounding meditation and slow awakening The Spark - playful movement and rising rhythms The Fire - joyful, euphoric dance and full expression The Glow - sound bath, rest and integration Dress invitation: anything that makes you feel alive. Dopamine dressing welcome! You don't need to become someone new. You only need to remember what still burns within you. Bring a friend or turn up on your own. You don't need any experience or a meditation practice, and you can join in at your own pace.
