ORÉ Candlelit Sessions are a cosy two-hour evening created to help you relax, reset & reconnect with yourself.

A cosy two-hour ORÉ Candlelit Session created to help you completely switch off, slow down and reconnect with yourself. The evening begins with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow, moving softly with the breath to release tension and settle the nervous system.

You’ll then be immersed in soothing sounds, calming aromas, hydrating mists and warm candlelight before drifting into a deeply restorative sound bath.

We finish with my signature Power of Touch Sleep Shavasana — a nurturing relaxation experience combining gentle touch, immersive sound and sensory elements to encourage the body to soften, the mind to quieten and a deep sense of rest to take over.
