Quiet life's noise and sink into therapeutic sound. Singing bowls, Gong, percussion, voice + tea, to relax, ground + renew
As the days shorten, the trees drop their leaves and nature begins its slow descent towards winter, this is your invitation to follow its lead and join in with the turning inwards...
to slow down,
to surrender what has reached its end,
and to sink into the restorative depths of rest
Samhain marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the darker half of the year — a threshold between autumn and winter traditionally associated with endings, remembrance and the cyclical nature of life.
As the landscape around us sheds, quietens and draws its energy inward, we're invited to do the same.
To acknowledge what has run its course.
To honour what has brought us here.
To loosen our grip on what we're ready to leave behind.
And to make a little more room for rest.
In a world that so often asks us to keep growing, producing and moving forwards, Samhain offers a reminder that nature doesn't exist in a state of constant becoming.
There are seasons for growth + movement.
And there are seasons for stillness + recooperation.

This evening centres on seasonal surrender + deep rest...
Through guided meditation, gentle embodiment and immersive therapeutic sound, we'll follow the changing season inward — away from the noise and towards a slower, quieter place.
We'll explore the sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Voice, Therapeutic Percussion and Shruti Box, creating an immersive soundscape in which the body can soften and the mind can settle.
As you lie back and listen, you may notice:
• a calmer, quieter mind
• physical and mental tension beginning to soften
• a deeper sense of grounding and presence
• space for reflection and inner listening
• a feeling of greater rest and reconnection

Samhain invites us to trust in the quieter parts of this phase in the seasonal cycle — to allow things to end, to leave some space unfilled and to rest without needing to know what comes next.
Traditionally, this time of year has also been associated with remembrance and honouring those who came before us. There will be space within the evening to reflect on the people, places or experiences that have shaped you, if that feels meaningful to you.
There is nothing you need to arrive ready to release or work through.
Simply come as you are.
So…if you've been feeling tired, busy or overstimulated...
…if something feels ready to be put down...
…if you've been finding it difficult to slow down...
…or if you're simply craving an evening of deep, uninterrupted rest...
This is a space to surrender, soften + draw inward.
What to expect:
This session gently blends meditation, embodiment and therapeutic sound to support:
• Deep rest and relaxation
• Releasing physical and mental tension
• Grounding and reconnecting with the body
• Reflection and inner listening
• A softer transition into the darker months
What to know/bring:
✪ Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
✪ We'll be lying down for much of the session, so bring a yoga/roll mat, blanket, cushion, sleeping bag, eye mask — ANYTHING and everything you might want to make yourself comfortable.

✪ Avoid eating a heavy meal in the hour beforehand.

More on Sound Therapy...
Sound Therapy offers us an opportunity to step away from the noise and pace of everyday life and spend some time deeply listening.
Through meditation, relaxation and carefully composed therapeutic sound, we can begin to shift away from our usual state of thinking and doing, allowing the body to soften and the mind to become quieter.
Using Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Voice, Shruti Box and Therapeutic Percussion, this Sound Bath creates an immersive space for rest, reflection and reconnection.
Sometimes we don't need to do more.
Sometimes we need somewhere we can simply be.
